The main type of rotary cultivator blade is curved blade. The positive edge of the curved blade has two kinds of left and right bending. The left imitar has the tendency to throw the broken soil to the left while the right imitar has the tendency to throw to the right, so it can be installed according to different farming requirements.
(1) Staggered installation method:
The left and right scimitars are installed symmetrically on the shaft, and the two knives at the outer end of the shaft are all bent inward, so that the soil is not thrown to the sides, so as to facilitate the next cultivation. The ground is flat after the installation, which is the most commonly used method.
(2)Interior method:
The blades are bent toward the middle of the knife shaft, and the mounting method has ridges in the middle after ploughing, which plays a role in filling ditches.
(3) Outer packing method:
From the center, the blades are bent toward both ends of the shaft. There is a trench on the ground after the plowing, which is suitable for joint operation of ditching.
Note for rotary blade installation:
The installation of chisel knife has no special requirements, for straight hook shaped chisel knife, the ability to enter the soil is strong, throw over the soil performance is poor, and easy to prevent grass, suitable for less weeds and stiff soil. Its installation is generally arranged evenly on the knife edge according to the spiral line, fixed on the knife seat with screws. For the left and right cutlass with curved blade head and long edge outside arc, it has strong cutting ability and is suitable for water and dry land cultivation, and has a wide application range. If the blade is installed incorrectly, it will not only affect the quality of operation, but also affect the service life of the machine and tools.
